For remote classes, Kobe University will lend WiFi-routers free of charge (up to 100GB per month) from May 1st to August 14th to those who cannot set up internet at home due to financial circumstances 

Students who want to borrow a router are required to download an application form from the link below, fill in the required fields and email it to the Student Affairs Division (stdnt-suishin <@> office.kobe-u.ac.jp) by Thursday April 23rd (Please remove the <> around the at mark when you email us).

Subject line of the email : WiFi-router rental application, Student number : ○○○○, Name : ○○○○

 A registration email will be sent to you to confirm that your application has been received. If you have not received the registration email within 3 days after applying, your application may have not been accepted properly, so please inquire.

Successful applicants will be informed by email around Monday April 27th.

The university will send a WiFi-router to the address on the application form around April 30th as Cash on Delivery (the fee is expected to be approximately ￥1,000).

     ※This service is designated only for students with financial difficulties preventing them from setting up their own internet connection at home. Students who cannot use the internet due to a delay in setting up their own internet access cannot apply for this service.

     ※The number of WiFi-routers that the university can lend is limited. Please note that applicant screening may be conducted if there is a large number of applications.
