To all students,
Even though the State of Emergency has been lifted, Hyogo Prefecture is experiencing a surge in novel coronavirus infections with the number of new daily cases continuing to exceed 100. The Governor of Hyogo Prefecture has issued a message urging people to take extra precautions to prevent the spread of infection.
There will be situations involving large gatherings such as the entrance ceremony, orientations and classes. Please make sure that you follow the basic infection prevention measures (such as wearing masks, gargling, washing hands well, practicing social distancing and ensuring that spaces are properly ventilated), monitor your own health and try not to infect other people.
