1. Application Document Screening
   ?Brief Summary of Existing Research and Future Research Plan in Japanese(The paper must be included at least 4,000 Japanese characters on A4 format)
   ?One from the following:
   　　?Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level N1 or N2 Certificate
   　　?A Certificate to verify the Posession of Equal or Above Japanese Prroficiency
2. Interview (For non-resident of Japan, international phone interview may be conducted.)
